Hello, Can anyone tell me how I can get a christian music Artist to come to my town? It kind of hard because this is something that I believe I would have to do on my own, like pay for their trip to fly here and every other things that need to be pay for. Or does any here know other way of getting Artist into their town/city?
Go to the artists’ website, or look inside the CD cover for the "contact and booking" information. Usually there’s a phone # or email address. All you can do is ask. It may be that the artist will be passing through your area in the middle of tour and can squeeze in a concert.
I don’t think you’ll have to pay for airfare and stuff; generally, ticket sales are what pay for the artists’ travel. If you don’t have a local church to help you out, the brunt of your work could be getting a venue, meals, and hotel for the band.
But the least you can do is send an inquiry. This will cost you nothing, but the outcome could be a concert with your favorite C artist.

I love the music of christian rock, but is it glorifying God? Even if the lyrics are about God’s love and praise, is it good to listen to christian rock?
While all genres of christian music essentially glorify God, I fell like Christian rock is one of the worst. A ton of the music is simply re-writing old worship songs with rock music. The original stuff relies heavily on short, unimaginative, repetitive lyrics aimed at the single focal point (God is great, Jesus is the savior), but anybody listening already knows the point.
Why can’t Christian music be creative and entertaining? I know the hearts of the artists are in the right place, but at times it seems like they aren’t even trying. The Bible, New and Old Testaments, are rich with history and lessons that could easily be adapted to music (especially rock music, such as ballads).
I can imagine God hearing Christian rock and thinking, "Gee, another song where 3/4 of the lyrics are the word "holy", guys, I appreciate it, but could you entertain Me a little bit?"

Afterall, music is very powerful. I got this feeling that when christians type their answers n Y!A, they are listening to some emotional christian music.
You get the wrong feeling.
JESUS is what draws us in.
I get the feeling you never learned to capitalize proper nouns or use correct grammar. "After all" is two words.
